Salesforce Tech Lead - Data & AI

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Engineer / Tech Lead to lead the design and delivery of intelligent, data-driven solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will serve as a critical design authority within the Enterprise Applications team, driving innovation through Salesforce Data Cloud, AI/ML capabilities, and the deployment of autonomous agents such as Agentforce. 

You will be responsible for architecting and building intelligent applications that leverage real-time and historical Salesforce data, integrate with enterprise data platforms, and apply AI to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making. As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable, secure, and high-impact technical solutions.
