What You'll Do

• Join our international engineering team , working on the evolution and optimisation of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership of your developments: from requirement intake and solution design, through implementation and rollout, to stable operations.
• Analyse and refine business requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and scope the associated effort.
• Ensure technical transparency by proactively sharing architectural and design decisions with the relevant stakeholders, in the right level of detail and at the right time.
• Act as a strategic and operational advisor to internal business partners.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient support chain across the platform lifecycle.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on Salesforce, ideally within Service Cloud .
• Strong command of Apex, LWC , and declarative configuration.
