Salesforce Senior Developer

We are currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Design, Coding/Programming , develop, test and deploy custom applications using Salesforce
• Extend Salesforce capabilities to support various business functions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Management of user roles, permissions, profiles, flows, validation rules, and declarative automation.
• Leverage of Salesforce AI tools to automate administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain updated system documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
