Amrize IT is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join the Delivery Center. This role will focus on designing and delivering complex, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. You will provide architectural guidance, lead advanced development initiatives, and ensure high-quality releases through strong DevOps and governance practices.
What you will do:
- Lead the design of scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams
- Develop and maintain advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integrations following best practices
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
