Job Description

· 8+ years of Salesforce QA experience.

· 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience.

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, workflows, Lightning components).

· Expertise in manual and automated testing.

· Hands-on experience with testing tools Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

· Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

· Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and custom objects.

· Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and APIs.

· Automate test cases using open source or scriptless frameworks.

· Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met.

· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end-users.
