Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level Salesforce programs in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have strong project/delivery management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and proven expertise in managing hypercare and testing phases across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and delivery management for global Salesforce programs.
• Coordinate closely with onshore Project Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage hypercare phases including issue triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and detailed status reporting.
