Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Porto

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience leading CRM service projects from analysis through implementation and hypercare
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and experience migrating or defining processes from Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)...
