About the Role

Salesforce Platform Manager
OVERALL FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Director of IT, the Salesforce Platform Manager is responsible for the implementation of all business applications installed on the Salesforce platform, enhancing the internal and external user experience and driving Salesforce adoption. This is a full-time exempt position earning between $150K - $220K annually. 
 
 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, document, test and implement integrations and process improvements. 
Perform systems analysis and design, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Consult with different business areas and users to manage and implement development priorities.
Design, develop, document, test and modify on-going customization and adjustments to platform. Maintain and enhance workflows and functionality within the system environment and as integrates with other key operational systems.
