About the Role
• 15+ years of total experience in information technology with 12+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in designing the campaign management solution for a customer on Salesforce Marketing cloud.
• Ability to take the initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
• Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated SMS and email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in integrating Marketing cloud with Call Center applications (like dialer).
• Experience with AMP Scripts
• Experience in connecting Marketing cloud with Service cloud in a real-time fashion.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
