About the Role
We are hiring a full‑time Salesforce Developer for a fast‑moving merchant‑cash‑advance company. This fully remote position focuses on fixing, optimizing, and improving the Salesforce environment that the sales team uses daily, handling UI updates, system configuration, integrations, and fast‑turnaround fixes that directly impact deal flow.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST. Must be English‑speaking and have your own high‑speed internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce configuration: fields, formulas, layouts, list views, role hierarchy, and sharing settings
- Set up and maintain integrations—especially telephony tools like RingCentral inside Salesforce
- Improve UI and usability for reps, ensuring workflows are clear and easy to follow
- Build small Lightning components or UI enhancements when needed
- Troubleshoot and fix Lightning integration issues, permission problems, and visibility restrictions ...
