Salesforce Developer

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform customization
• Strong experience in designing and developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and connecting enterprise applications
• In‑depth understanding of Salesforce security models, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and data access controls
• Proficient in Salesforce deployment processes, release management, and implementing scalable Salesforce data models and configurations
• Experience working within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, with knowledge of related business processes and requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and provide support during Pacific Time business hours in Agile development environments
