What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills
5+ years' experience in Salesforce development
Proficient across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CTI (Telephony Integration), and Experience Cloud
Ability to design back-end technical functionality aligned to required front-end outcomes
Advanced proficiency in:
Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Flows and declarative configuration
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governor limits
Strong integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Ability to estimate work effort accurately from requirements
Relevant Salesforce Certifications, including at minimum:
Platform Developer II
Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
Platform Administrator
Platform App Builder
Personal Attributes
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
