YOUR ROLE
• Configure and customize Fusion Framework (built on Salesforce) to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata.
• Build and optimize custom components (Apex, LWC/Visualforce) where needed.
• Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Support integration with external systems (ServiceNow, email platforms, data sources, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
