Overview

Director of Talent Acquisition at Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. This position is responsible for Salesforce administration, release management and deployment as well as management of Salesforce.com sandboxes, including their integrations. Some key responsibilities include:

• Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities.
• Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and available tools within AppExchange and Force.com platform.
• Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users.
• Build POCs and UI Mockups to drive conversations on potential solutions to help the business users visualize the solutions.
