About the Role
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform using Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 3 - 5 years working as a Business Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in requirements management on large and complex projects.
- Experience with Wealth and or Investment Banking.
- Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillet (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation).
- Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.
- Requirement elicitation techniques such as User stories Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys.
