Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of total experience in Salesforce consulting and delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, including Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution logic, and real-time data activation across Salesforce and external systems.
• Proficiency in integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs, connectors, and middleware tools.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, transformation, and SQL-based querying for Calculated Insights.
• Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and governance principles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
