✅ Drive solution design, stakeholder discussions, and business process improvements

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful Salesforce implementations

✅ Manage integrations, workflows, automation, and enterprise CRM solutions

✅ Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement gathering sessions

✅ Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, and project execution activities

✅ Mentor teams and ensure high-quality delivery standards
