Responsibilities:
Providing support to Salesforce users. Working with ticket systems (e.g., Jira). Investigating and resolving reported incidents and issues. Preparing and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Consultant. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and Field Service. Experience in working with ticketing systems, preferably Jira. Good command of the English language (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
