- Overall 8+ years in developing and supporting experience in handling mid to large scale IT projects deployment. Good knowledge in Sales/Service/Marketing CRM business processes.
- Good knowledge and Min 5 Yrs. experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
- Hands‑on experience and deep understanding of all aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Administration knowledge
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and project management skills
