The Lead Salesforce Developer is a senior individual contributor role responsible for

building, enhancing, and operating high-quality Salesforce solutions that support core

sales and service workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Development & Platform Execution

● Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tooling.

● Build scalable, bulk-safe, and well-tested Apex logic.

● Develop performant, reusable LWCs following modern composition patterns.

● Apply sound judgment when choosing between declarative, programmatic, and

integration-based approaches.

2. Solution Design & Technical Execution

● Translate functional requirements into clear technical designs and

implementation plans.
