Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant , you help financial organizations optimize and digitize their customer processes. You understand the logic of FSC, grasp the dynamics of financial services, and translate complex challenges into robust, scalable solutions. You work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers, taking a leading role in analysis, configuration, and quality assurance.

What you will do

• Analyze complex business processes across financial domains such as customer lifecycle management, advisory, lending, and service
• Translate business requirements into concrete FSC solutions
• Configure FSC functionality (Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, etc.)
• Draft user stories and functional designs
