MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Expertise in configuring projects and spaces within Jira and Confluence. In-depth knowledge of Adaptavist Script Runner. Proficiency in coding with Groovy or Java. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support. Experience in application testing and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills for user support. Capability to train users in the effective use of Jira and Confluence.

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

Utilize Adaptavist Script Runner for automation, including enhancing workflows, writing scheduled jobs, and configuring listeners. Manage Jira workflow properties, conditions, validators, and post-functions. Perform testing on plugins and environments following upgrades.
