  Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

 Location: Toronto ON( Hybrid) 

 Employment Type:  Contract 
 Job Summary  We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end Salesforce implementations. 
 Experience in Insurance and/or Wealth Management domain will be a strong advantage. 
 Key Responsibilities  Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. 

 Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. 

 Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and Salesforce architects.
