Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Salesforce Administrator at Marsh, you will be responsible for managing system access, providing timely responses to Salesforce cases, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration will be essential in supporting our team and driving improvements in our Salesforce org.

We will count on you to :

• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MMA Salesforce org and related products to provide accurate resolutions to colleagues.
• Provide timely responses, diagnosis, and resolution to all Salesforce cases within the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Document all communications and status information in the associated Salesforce case.
