Administration & Support:

• Manage and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance through proactive monitoring and audits.

Data Management:

• Perform data imports, updates, and cleansing using Data Loader and other tools.
• Implement validation rules, duplicate management, and field-level security.
• Conduct regular data audits and resolve inconsistencies.
