About the Role

Summary of Role
 We are seeking a Junior AI Implementation Specialist to support high -resolution AI agent deployments using Intercom (Fin) and assist with integrations into Salesforce and Zendesk environments. You will focus on the technical execution of workflows and data management, ensuring that our AI solutions are properly configured to meet client support goals.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

Execute AI Configuration: Perform basic administration and configuration for Intercom AI agents to support resolution rate targets.

Support CRM Workflows: Configure fields, basic automations, and workflows within Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, and Freshworks.
