Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports business processes efficiently, securely, and at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls
• Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, record types, and automation
• Manage data integrity through data imports, updates, deduplication, and governance best practices
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
