About the Role
Position overview: We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in reporting and Excel. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, pragmatic, and able to understand not just the how but the why behind business processes. You’ll be responsible for managing Salesforce operations, troubleshooting user issues, and optimizing reporting capabilities.
- Responsibilities: Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Build complex Salesforce reports, dashboards, and leverage Excel for data analysis
- Ensure data integrity, perform data imports/exports, and maintain clean records
- Implement Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder to optimize processes
- Query Salesforce data using SOQL and work with (VS Code or Visual Studio)
- Experience managing changes and collaborating using Git
