We’re European Sales Group , a fast-growing French-founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. In just 18 months, we’ve built a team of 30+ talented professionals, opened two offices, supported dozens of clients, and we’re just getting started.

We’re now looking for our first-ever Sales Enablement Lead/ Sales Trainer (VIE contract) , a key role that will directly shape how our SDR team to ramp, learn, and grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and delivering onboarding for new SDRs.
• Designing and rolling out ongoing training modules (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, etc.)
• Creating enablement assets: playbooks, scripts, toolkits, and frameworks
• Identifying skill gaps in partnership with the Team Leader SDR
