Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct sales training programs (product knowledge, selling techniques, objection handling, closing strategies)
- Facilitate onboarding training for new sales hires
- Conduct refresher training and field coaching sessions
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance post-training
- Create training materials (manuals, presentations, modules, assessments)
- Conduct product demonstrations and role‑playing activities
- Identify training needs through performance analysis
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve individual performance
- Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding team development plans
- Submit training reports and performance improvement analysis
