As a Sales Trainer, you will develop and deliver training programs that enhance sales effectiveness and customer service skills across our multi‑location workforce.

Responsibilities

• Handle FST, PST, including nesting classes.
• Conduct coaching sessions with agents to evaluate skills and behavior gaps.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, and Operations to schedule and manage new hire classes.
• Submit post‑class reports and endorse agents for progression.
• Record observations for each trainee to provide recommendations and endorsements.
