Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and improve the performance of our outbound sales team of USA campaign. This role is responsible for increasing appointment rates, enforcing KPIs, refining scripts, and driving measurable revenue growth.

This is not a reporting role. This is an ownership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve team appointment conversion rate (target 3–5%+ from conversations)
  • Monitor and enforce daily KPIs (dials, connects, appointments, show-ups, closes)
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly performance reviews
  • Review call recordings and provide structured feedback
