About the Role

Location: Grand Canal Dock | Hybrid
We’re hiring a Team Lead – AI Platform to drive revenue growth and enterprise adoption for a cutting-edge AI client.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-performing SaaS sales leader who can combine team performance management, structured pipeline execution, and technical credibility in a fast-scaling environment.
The Role
Lead and coach a team selling AI platform solutions across SMB and enterprise segments
Own team quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics
Drive disciplined qualification (MEDDICC/BANT) and strong outbound execution
Maintain high CRM standards (Salesforce) and reliable forecasting
Act as senior sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities
Partner with Solutions Engineering to align AI capabilities with commercial outcomes
Embed strong governance, QA standards, and KPI accountability
