Job Description
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Handle basic import-export documentation (if applicable)
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
- Assist in communication between internal departments and external partners
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales function
