Role Overview
The Sales Support & Executive Assistant will support our sales activity, especially the President, who leads the most sales efforts. Responsibilities include joining sales calls, capturing accurate notes, managing follow-up communication (mostly email), scheduling follow-up meetings/calls, and providing administrative support to keep the sales pipeline moving up to close.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Attend sales calls and take clear, structured notes
- Draft and send follow-up emails to prospects
- Maintain organized records of notes and communications
- Track sales activities and update internal documentation
- Assist with preparing summaries and sales materials
