Description Sales support engineers are responsible for analyzing technical specifications, creating product demonstrations, and answering questions about products or services. Provide pre-sales technical support and engineering support to Customers and Business Partners to resolve issues by performing troubleshooting, diagnostics and performance optimization of the network and computing resources. Responsibilities . To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality. . To update team members at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, to minimize downtime. Job Scope .
