About the Role
: To provide excellent sales support to OCEANIA TMs assigned and their accounts on bookings up to shipment, Aviat online store, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
Must be knowledgeable on Microwave to understand whole sales process which will requires Heavy customer engagements on their Purchase Orders, inquiries, validation of orders against PO etc.Creates and updates sales forecast of opportunities in Sales ForceValidation of customer POs (checking the line items based on BoM submitted, Freight Terms, Payment Terms, etc.)Booking of customer POs in Oracle (fixing margin and freight issues if needed)Processes NCO (no charge order) and SOCO (sales order change order) to resolve certain Material and SW issuesMonitors equipment manufacturing and shipments until delivery to prescribed warehouse (in collaboration with Order Management and Logistics)Support TMs on their sales bookings,...
