Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Process sample requests and account updates via CRM
Assist with Failure Analysis and follow-up on quality reports
Manage NCNR forms and backlog resolution
Update cross-reference files and customer portals
Handle PO confirmations within 48 hours
Upload product change notifications and chemical compliance documents
Track credit/rebill approvals and lead time updates
Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
Diploma or GCE 'A' Level
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service
Electronics industry experience is an asset
Skills:
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office
