About the Role
The Sales Support Assistant is responsible in entertaining walk-in borrowers in Loan Processing Office, preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales and handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
Qualifications
• Graduate of any 4 year degree course
• With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage.
• Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Highly customer service-oriented.
