About the Role

Job Summary

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
  • Provide appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
  • Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in Computer and business applications
