About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage daily sales activities, field operations, and team scheduling.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports, analysis, and forecasts.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and market strategies.
- Coordinate with management and internal departments to support sales objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for sales growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Prior experience in team supervision or leadership is an added advantage.
