About the Role
- Assists the Sales team by setting monthly and annual goals.
- Acts as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers.
- Provides valuable feedback to the management to make sure that customers are satisfied with the product.
- In charge of the overall sales performance of the assigned area.
- Manage promodiser attendance and performance including submission of reports and inventory management.
- Ensure that they comply with the Company's rules and regulations.
- Source for potential business opportunities such as an entry in new stores or new retail player.
- With proven experience as a Sales Supervisor
- Solid account management and customer service oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Possess good leadership skills
- Familiar and willing to travel especially in North Area Province.
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
