Position is a replacement of an existing expat member who will return to our overseas branch.
Responsibilities
- Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Creates and refines strategies to increase sales revenue and market share, often collaborating with the interlinking department.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Japanese and English).
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Graduate of any 4‑year Business‑Related Courses.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Language Proficiency Certification.
- At least 3‑5 years of related work experience.
