Reports to: Sales Director
• Manage Sales representatives and Sales Team leaders (15 members total)
• Each Sales Supervisor will be in charge of 1 region of different districts in HCMC
• Be responsible for turnover & merchandising of traditional market channel
• Male
• Age from 30
• University graduate
• At least 3 years experience at management level in FMCG companies
• Experience in cosmetics sales is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Analytical, dynamic, enthusiastic
• Management skill
• Organized and responsible
