- Manage Inventory/Allocation/delivery of Products and Merch Materials.
- Ensure availability, replenishment and maintenance of sales tools.
- Target Setting and Forecasting.
- Ensure achievement of performance metrics.
- Willingness to do field work.
- Coaching and Training/People Development.
- Operational review/Update/Regular and Emergency meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Business course, preferably Management/Sales.
- 1 to 2 years experience in managing Sales Person.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Ability to travel and able to use motor vehicle.
