Be part of ABB's success as a Sales Specialist in Technical Sales Support, located in Pointe-Claire. This role is dedicated to understanding customer needs and driving sales growth effectively.
You will lead sales opportunities by developing solutions that align with client specifications and managing relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with engineering and operations, your expertise will contribute to revenues and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and qualify customer inquiries to optimize sales
• Develop tailored technical solutions to drive conversions
• Participate actively in preparing competitive quotations
• Ensure smooth order management and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments for sales strategy improvement
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field
• 5-8 years of technical sales or support experience
• Bilingual (French and English) is required
