- You take ownership of the region’s growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipeline
- Maintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible, you definitely do not like sitting in an office
- This role involves 60% customer retention and 40% new business
- Responsible for Customer Management, deliver market leading service and support to high value commercial customers in your region
- Furthermore, you will be self-generating New Business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers
- You will skillfully move customers through the sales process selling, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win / win outcome for business and the customer
