Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Sales Manager with contract preparation, processing, and deal administration
  
• Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and properly signed, approved, and/or countered
  
• Work within CRM systems such as Blackline, Lasso, or Hubspot to manage client and realtor data
  
• Liaise with Marketing, Homeowner Care, and Construction teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
