Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

Sales Associate/Specialist is responsible for generating demand and driving sales across retail and project channels for Porcelain & Ceramic Tiles, Mosaics, Sintered Stones, LVT/RVT, Mosaic Art and Sanitary Wares. The role involves proactive client engagement, design consultation, technical advising and full-cycle sales handling from prospecting to closing and after sales. The role combines fieldwork, showroom consultation and design collaboration, requiring both commercial acumen and an an eye for aesthetic detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Build, manage long term relationship and proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and end users.

2. Conduct showroom tours and consultations, project presentations, attend onsite and offsite events and site meetings to influence product selection and close deals.
