Vellic Labs is hiring motivated Sales Development Representatives to support our regional growth in Africa and international markets. This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who want to build real sales experience and earn uncapped commission. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying leads, and booking sales calls.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone/WhatsApp
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Qualify leads using Vellic's framework
- Book discovery calls and webinar registrations
- Maintain accurate records in the lead tracking system
- Support campaign and webinar promotions
Working Hours
Flexible working hours. Results-based performance. Availability during business hours may be required for meetings and follow-ups.
